What does a teatment entail?
After the first initial consultation, when you will be asked for full details about medical history, lifestyle, diet, etc. Looking at what you expect from the treatment and to answer any questions you may have about massage in general or the treatment session itself. You will be asked to take a seat at the Indian head massage workstation device. This is very comfortable and you do not need to remove any clothing. The session begins with diaphramatic breathing, then the upper back, shoulders, upper arms. neck, base of scull, and head will all be massaged, this is quite invigorating on the scalp, this is then finished on the face, you will feel totally relaxed and uplifted after this treatment. Once the massage treatment is completed you will be given a glass of water and you will be given post treatment advice.

There are no side effects with Indian Head Massage. However after a treatment you might go to the toilet more frequently than before, this is quite normal.
